A request to the site owners / mods.
98% of the time when I switch to this site and (most obviously) when I switch between forums, the displayed list seems to be out of date.

I see the gold folder icon even when I've viewed the most recent threads. I also don't see recent updates to threads (in the list view, such as last poster, # replies, etc).

Pressing F5 on a forum list fixes this, which makes me conclude that you're not giving any cache hints to the browsers and that they are over-aggressively caching the lists.

There are a number of technical solutions to this, including setting HTTP-EQUIV="CACHE-CONTROL" CONTENT="NO-CACHE in the default html header.

Is it possible for someone to look at this?
Thanks
