foul waste pipe

i have a shed at the bottom of the garden with a toilet what permissions to i need to have to run a pipe from a pump to stench pipe in nextdoors garden but on my wall..is any planning permission needed?

and what method do i used to connect to waste pipe

May be misunderstanding your post, but why do you want to connect your NDN's kit to your soil pipe?

OK LETS TRY AGAIN.
MY NDN has a wood shed at the bottom of his garden, its huge and does not meet the spec, its under planning investigation....they plan to have people living in it and want to run a pipe from shed down garden through fence and connect to their foul pipe which is on my property
