Foundations and trees

At some point we would like an extension to the side of the house. Would these trees pose an issue in terms of foundations etc.

The taller shoots are from an apple tree and then most of the apple tree is wrapped by another tree (not sure what it is).

You will have to dig foundations deeper than normal. For example, an apple tree 2.5m away in the West midlands would need a foundation 1.85m deep.
