four core for pir switched floodlights

Hi.
I need to fit external floodlights (10 x 50w Led ) and they will be switched via 2 maybe 3 pir switches as there are various access points to be covered along the run of floods. As i need to have the pirs linked , I'll need a permanent live , neutral , switched live and earth. I'm considering using Hituf 4 core cable (black, brown , blue and grey) as I can't find any rubber sheathed cable with 3 cores and an earth , they seem to only be like twin and earth.
Any thoughts ??

Mr Google seems to know about quite a few - a couple of his initial examples being this one and this one .
