French Door Hinge Adjustment

Hi, I’ve got a double glazed French door and the door that is mainly used does not shut snug against the other door and frame. It looks like the door needs moving down a few mm. I’ve had a look at the hinge and cannot understand how to adjust them. Does anyone know what these types of hinges are called or how to adjust them? Thanks

Most likely the other door has dropped a bit and needs picking up.

Im not familiar with that hinge but it doesn't look like it has an up and down adjustment.
Ideally the dropped door needs healing and toeing but you may be able to adjust the throw on the top and bottom of both doors to even them up for now.
