Typical, only a Housing Association would fit French Doors with hinges that can't be adjusted.

Doors on 2nd floor and in living room.

Gaps all around, on inner and outer seals and with doors closed and locked, I can slide a letter up and down the seals on either side.

I can even post a letter through the top and bottom of both doors when doors closed and locked.
Housing Association say there's nothing can be done ?

When I says letter, I mean an envelope with letter in it.

Was told door seals, when doors shut and locked a £5 Note sandwiched between door and seal, there should be a tight resistance on the £5 Note to just about be able to pull it from the seal.

Apprently, a £5 Note thickness is equivlent to maximum gap that's acceptable, according to FENSA guidelines.
