UPVC Door Compression Adjustment Problem

Hi I have a draught from my upvc door down the lock side and it feels like the door needs some compression adjustment to move it tighter to frame when closed. Unfortunately the compression adjustments on the 3 hinges appear to be stuck and will not tighten or release without rounding the plastic nut - am I missing something?

Thats the hinge you said the draft is on the lock side?
If so its the locks that need adjusting.

If its the hinge side you need to adjust lift the door off tap those plastic bits out a little and then rotate them, They will just be still due to dirt and age
