French Door Opening

I'm currently debating replacing a window with french doors (probably upvc) but i'm unsure if the opening will be too big for them (width of 1300mm and height of 2200mm)
Question is would I be best off narrowing the opening to 1100, and reducing the height say to say 2090 ?

There will be some masonry work involved (header on external skin is bowing slightly - so will probably need a single skin catnic installing)
So i've the opportunity to reduce sizes if needed.
