Fribreglass top coat 1 week later ?

Hi All

Is it a problem to apply the top coat to a fibreglass flat roof 8-10 days after application of the resin/matt layer? What do you think?

Clean and dry roof first.

Sand laminated deck with P40 sandpaper and wipe down with acetone. Promotes inter-laminate adhesion. Always aim to apply the topcoat within 24 hours of laminating the deck. If not possible sand roof to gain a key then wipe with acetone prior to topcoating.
