Fridge Freezer (Indesit): foam on compressor (?) on back?

I just bought an Indesit IB55532SUK_SI Fridge Freezer. As I was looking to connect it, I noticed a foamy part on what I think is the compressor (I think), just below the drip tray, see red arrow in the photo. As a sanity check, I wanted to ask that is some insulation and should not be removed, right?

Somehow, the user manual does not say anything about installation (not even to put the spacers on the back grill, but that I know to do).
Also, I can't see how to get the plug out; there seems to be too little space between the coolant pipe and the frame, so is it meant to run around the pipe at least once, or is there another tick I can't see?

Thanks in advance!

Pumps move so foam maybe to dampen the vibration.
Don't bend pipes to get plug out. Must come out easy I'd of thought?

Is that a used fridge, or an ex-demo unit. The reason I ask, is that the fridge would not normally be delivered new, with the plug and flex, wrapped like that, and lacking the usual plastic cover for the plug pins.

I bought it new, the delivery driver removed the manufacturer's packaging. The plug did not have a cover on, but the flex looked much tidier before I tried to get it out. Then I posted here as I was rather unsure! But now I managed to get the plug out (I wiggled it inwards and *gently* tugged on the pipe).
Thanks everyone!
