Fridge Freezer not working after pwoer cut?

Hello, Can anyone suggested why my fridge freezer would stop working after a power cut? There is power going into the unit as the internal light comes on but it's not freezing or cooling at all..... Is it terminal? I am quite good at repairing things so if anyone can suggest anything to help this would be greatly apprecaited thanks

I assume its a single compressor.
Can you here the compressortrying to start?
Is it hot, to hot to touch.
