I have an Electolux fridge freezer and the fridge section has stopped working but freezer section is fine. It has two compressors side by side at the bottom of the appliance. one compresser is slightly warm and makes a quiet sound, the other has no sign of life. Its quite an old unit but has thin decor panels on the doors which match the kitchen units and most new ones don't take these panels so I don't want to replace it unless I have to.
What checks and tests can I do to see what's at fault?
