Hotpoint Iced Diamond. Under counter fridge with ice box compartment.
Iced diamond is not a model but a range however I suspect it wont be the thermostat but the compressor which is the main componant that is now that given the age is becoming weak so it maybe time to replace

I am about to order a new model but wondered if I could do anything to save the food. Will it hurt if I just leave it on all night?
A friend suggested pulling the plug out from the wall.
