Its clear that those who panic are the ones who don't know what to do in such circumstances.
At a recent team meeting at work of about 10 administration staff, I asked the question...."Other than dialing 999 or screaming for a first aider, what are your first reactions to save my life if I suddenly collapsed?" The silence was deafening .......and very worrying.

Watching an emotional video like that reminds me of when I got diarrhea for about 3 days to the point where I was sh1tting with nothing coming out, but still sh1tting - everything was burning, cold shivers, just wave after wave of gut wrenching diarrhea. I thought I might die about mid-way through. The hero in my situation - the toilet. That unsung ceramic hero that was willing to take everything I had to give it, the bowels of my very gut spread wide across its face.
