front brick steps

I need to replace my front brick steps. There is one 48" wide step and then a 4x5 landing area. I need the old bricks removed and the iron railings painted. How much would you guestimate this would cost.

I'll do it for a dollar + expenses. (return flight from UK + accomodation). Probably still not very competative with local tradesmen am I
