Hi,

I'm looking at painting our front door white on the inside and grey on the outside.

My question is where should the white stop and the grey start :). I mean the 'depth' of the door which is only exposed when it is open, should that be the grey outside colour or white inside colour please?

Not sure it matters but the frame will all be white.

Thanks for your help!

If the door open inwards then paint the outside face and the hinge edge grey, the inside face and latch edge white. i.e. when painting a door, the face and edge you can see when standing on one side of the door while opening it, should be uniform colour.
