Hi
First time posting, so please do excuse if I am posting on the wrong forum!

We are going to be doing work to our front garden in the spring.

We live in a Victorian property and have a relatively small front garden (5m wide x 3.5m long).

This involves a new fence (brick), new landscape (mostly paving slabs/geometric tiles) and also repainting the front of the house (woodwork, concrete sills, etc.).

Looking for advice as to what order it makes sense to do the work in? We are probably going to get various different tradesmen in to help at various points and wanted to make sure we are getting in touch with the right people at the right time!

Thanks, very useful.
In terms of exterior painting, we have heard conflicting advice. Some people prefer to do the work in summer whilst others prefer not to do it summer. Unless the temperatures are freezing or it is raining, should I be wary of having the work completed in February?

Id google painting brick.
as a tradesman may tell you what you want to hear to get the job..

google the product not the possible painters.

You shouldn't paint masonry when the air is damp, (so February/early March is out), and conversely you shouldn't paint in full sun.
Which direction does your house face? (N, S, E, W?) If you are not sure see where the sun rises or sets. (rises in east sets in west), and then compare where the front of your house is in relation to this. If facing east then after midday is best time to do it as it will be out of direct sunlight.
Ionner has the right sequence though the wall could be started before the paint depending on your house position.
