Frosted glass for DG bathroom window which way round?

hi I know this question will have been asked many times before but does the smooth (clear glazed glass insert) face the inside of the bathroom and the frosted part go to the outside of the window or is it the other way round? I have seen G installed in other people's houses with both styles and am not too sure.

If its new then the texture should go outside so the coated low E plain glass is the right way round.

Older, non low E type glass units were installed with the texture inside.
