Frustration over air bubbles in hot water to taps!

Hi

Frustrated with hot water cylinder! Have got a gledhill vented hot water cylinder with 22mm connections 50 gal tank in loft and vented y plan heating system. Problem is fitted rsp50 salamander pump with Surrey flange, when hot temp is cold the pump and taps run fine! But when it's heated to above warm air bubbles seem to be returning to the taps and pump making pump grumble! But when hot water cools all works fine . Vent all ok not sticking air cold feed down not blocked has anyone had this before?

Probably the pumps not installed properly or the filters are blocked.

Is the cylinder stat set to no more than 60 centigrade?

Pump inlet connected to the wrong tapping on the Surrey flange?
