it happens whenever i plug anything in, in any room. The sockets work, but i am just a bit worried something bads happening it has just started maybe a week ago i thought it was just my room but i have heard it in the living room and the spare room any help?

You could have (a) loose connection(s).
When you draw current, the loose connection arcs, creating heat and making a static-y buzzing or crackling noise.

what will happen if it left? could it damage plugged in appliances? or even worse start a fire or shock some one?
If this is a loose connection then it's unlikely to damage appliances, but it could happen. It is not going to mend itself and damage to the cable and (maybe) the socket could occur. Fire is also a possibility. If you don't feel competent to sort it yourself then you should get a qualified electrician to sort it for you. SOON.
