i have a seperate pump with a old 20 amp neon switch that has gone tits Would a 13 amp neon brass switch that matches the other points in the room be ok

Yes, Central heating circuits only need to be 3 amp (so make sure you put a 3 amp fuse in the new fuse spur!).
