There is a Connection on the pcb (RP) which is to link external contols to.
If i put in a link to get boiler on it starts off at 9kw them modulates down as its got a 6 stage system!
But when i link the external controls issued by the electric heating company the boiler goes to 24kw, which it shouldt obviosly

Controls EHC Select 107XL
Room stat: tlx 401
These are Sunvic controls and in the installation ins. it gives wiring diagram, which ive done by the book.

Ive bought a second boiler off E-Bay and used Salus prog and this is same.

Elec.heat.co. are getting back to me but ive had **** off them b4
Anyones help most grateful ,as i want the job finished and rapped up!

24kW are you sure?

That is well over 100amps and would blow the main fuse.

I cant see how that can be a problem with the external controls, they are only a switch, either open or closed. This will have no effect on the heating output, it will only tell the boiler to start or stop.

Just found out off manufacturer that display shows 24kw but actually only heat kicking out 9kw
He went through a sequence to change display to 9kw, which should of been done at factory.
Thats 3 boilers now . Its a good way to screw ur day up trying to sort it
