Hi Guys

Having a problem with a G2 , getting the technistore to work have followed the normal parameters , technistore on and reset remote but no joy .
Any clues

Yes, 30 years in the business but new to the G2 as opposed to the old Galaxy.
Have spoken to Honeywell tech but seems it be programmed ok ?

tripping both detectors?

51, 07, 1 = enabled

51, 22, 1 = on

That should be it. Tried a restart lol?

Yeah both programmed as you say, must admit I have a bit of a plum on site so it looks like a trip to Norfolk.
