G9 LED bulbs started glowing when turned off

Replaced my G9 bulbs to LED a few weeks ago and never noticed any difference.

Today when the light is turned off, 2 out of the 3 arms (bulbs) have a glow and are clearly lit.

A quick search says this is normal with LED's due to induced current, but i have read they only stay glowing for a few seconds/minutes.. These have been on all morning.
Normal 3 way circuit???? (Turn on/off from the bottom of stairs and also the top of stairs).

Is this normal and safe?

It's not unsafe, LEDs do not need much voltage for them to light up and long mains cabling can pick up enough voltage to cause the issue.

Try fitting one of these across one of the lamps. It usually does the trick!

Normal 3 way circuit????

2-way, in the UK.

In the USA they call it 3-way, but we are more sensible.
