When i turn my shower on, either hot or cold, water comes out of shower head, but also an overflow pipe at back of unit. can you please tell me what is wrong, and what i need to replace
thank you

Turn off the power and open it up and look where the flexible shower pipe connects. There will be a little "spout" sticking off there, this should be where water is coming from. This is the pressure release and should be easy enough to swap.

If you want to test where the water is coming from (to check), turn on the power AFTER you open it up. There are live parts very exposed when you open the cover, so you should always open it dead in case you catch something.

Before you fit it, check the hose and shower head for blockages - sometimes limescale can build up and cause the PRD to operate.
