Help being driven mad by my kids who cant have a shower. tried to change my shower hose' but now the shower is leaking out of the PRD? (whatever that is) can i fix this?

Do a search i recently told someone how to reposition the prd on these showers, the insructions tell you only to use hose and head supplied. If there is any restriction at all the prd pops out , One of the diy shops was sselling them off at 45 quid
