Shower is about 2 years old and never been serviced or repaired. I have 2 problems that have suddenly happened: first is that the flow has fallen dramatically, taking several seconds for water to come out and second, the temperature of the water is initially red hot, then very quickly the heating lights go out and it turns to cold. this happens on all 3 settings - high, medium and low. Help please!
