Gainsborough shower dripping from flow control valve

As in the title my Gainsborough shower is dripping from the flow control valve. It is a Gainsborough Regent III. It is probably about 12-15 years old and I have a new shower but don't want to install that until the bathroom renovation next year. I just wondered if there was a washer in the valve that would be an easy fix to last until then.

Gainsborough Regent III is an old shower now and nearly all parts are obsolete.
You maybe able to strip the flow valve down and find a o ring seal to replace but one won't be available off the self.
