Gainsborough shower

Hi all, help required on the above.Its a 10.8kw Energy 3000x Electronic shower that was professionally installed about 8 years ago.Today tried to start it nothing at all,no lights,water.Didnt trip mains switch in garage.I havent got electrical testing equipment at all,but can anyone give any advice??Is it likely to be the shower unit thats shot?Thank you in advance.
