In my kitchen, the majority of the floor is concrete. Around the edge is boarding, presumably to allow access the pipework. There is a gap between the board and the concrete that has caused the tiles to crack.

A couple of questions. What should I use to fill the gap> The tiles are difficult to replace and have been patched in the past and it's pretty obvious. Is the solution to lino over the top of it?

Looks to me like your flooring is already made of LINO , so called as it is made from the oil of a lineum tree (xtra info !! )
