Gap between lifted t and g floor boards

hi. Our plumber lifted some of the t and g floorboards with a jigsaw . Now when I put them down there's a slight gap. Anyway to fill this gap? It's a remove above garage so any filling of gap would be useful

If the floor is covered then there might be little point but caulk or newspaper and caulk or caulk saver.

If this is a sleeping room then, besides following all the particular Regs for such rooms, you will need alarms for fire and fumes.
