I've got a metal gutter and metal downpipe that don't quite align anymore. There's nothing physically wrong with the downpipe so I'm trying to figure out a way to simply close the gap between gutter and downpipe so water doesn't spill down the pipe and wall. What's the best solution here? I was thinking of maybe cutting the pipe down a little and inserting a hopper. Is there an easier option?
