Hello, I'm in the middle of painting a small first floor bedroom, and noticed that there are some gaps above the bay window fascia. There is some flaky old foam in place but it falls apart quite easily. Can also feel some draught in the gap/hole on the top left corner (about one finger's width), suggesting it leads to the outside? Wondering what's best to fill it from inside please? Expanding foam or caulk? Guess the outside gap we'll need to leave to a roofer to sort out.

Any comments or advice would be much appreciated!

Closer up pics of the gaps would be useful however this would likely do the trick. Note larger gaps should first be part filled e.g. with tissue paper.

Or depending on the layout of the gaps, this might suit your needs better.

We've got some Polyfilla (https://www.screwfix.com/p/polycell-trade-polyfilla-easy-sand-interior-filler-white-2kg/7968f). Wonder if it can work as well?
