Gaps in mortar

What's the best way to fill these gaps in the mortar? I'm particularly concerned about the large hole behind the drain pipe. When it rains it looks like water is getting into the wall.

Should I use mortar to fill this, or can I use something like exterior polyfilla? This wall will eventually be demolished anyway when we build an extension, but that could be 2-3 years away.

sw19ric, good evening.

If the wall is to be removed in a short period of time, I would point the wall sand / cement for speed because the wall is to be removed cement will work well enough given the short life span of the wall.

As an aside? ae there any internal indications of dampness??

Ken.
