Hi. I will shortly be starting work on converting part of an integral garage into a utility and WC. The floor is currently concrete slab with the exterior wall being a cavity wall. The current floor level is only 80mm below the FFL into the hallway. Considering I've not got much depth to play with is anyone able to suggest options for the structure. I would ideally like to tile the floor so have considered 1200 gauge DPM, 40mm PIR, 22mm board, 6 mm no more ply backer board leaving 12mm for the finish. Does this sound suitable or are there better options? Thanks
