Garage door closure issue

Hi guys

Having a bit of an issue with our garage door at the moment. It's an up and over door with two arms in the top left and right corners when you look from the inside. The arm on the right hand side is catching the edge of the garage door preventing it from opening.

Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to adjust the door to stop this happening please?

I've attached a couple of pictures, apologies for them being sideways I can't get the app to straighten them out!

It's possible that the issue lies on the left side of the garage door, and that's letting it twist over. You need to compare both sides, and find where it's loose etc.
