We have bought an old colonial house abroad which has a traditional smooth rendered exterior.
We would like to remove the front room and have a garage put in. But we are worried planning might object on the basis of character/frontage.
I was wondering whether there was any way garage doors could be custom made to look like the exterior of the building so they resemble a smooth rendered traditional wall rather than a garage door.
If anyone knows if this is even possible or any companies that offer this product please please let us know.
