Hoping for some advice with regards to a property I have just purchased.
A fence was attached to the garage wall and when I have removed I have noticed some quite large cracks on the corner of the garage.
I'm guessing it's because of poor drainage over the years as the gutter has not been fitted correctly.
Is this a difficult/costly fix? What should I expect to hear in terms of a solution?
