The front edge(garage door end) of the garage has over the years broken up.
Whats the best way to repair it.

Yes you can, don't know how permanent fix it will be though if the slabs are moving
but give the repair area a good wet down and while its still wet
mix up a cement slurry and paint on it and add your sharp sand / cement mortar while the slurry is wet.
 
Silver sand would be better as it is finer and will stick better and allow better feathering in

A strong 3:1 mix and wet the area first
 
The slabs will taken up to have the drive block paved. So need to make a nice clean edge.

What is a cement slurry?

Can silver sand be bought from a builders yard?
