Garage Roof Fascia Repair

Rip it all off, and replace with plastic fascia, but dependent on the condition of what is behind the existing fascia.
It certainly looks to be too rotten for a repair. Consider replacing with new wood, maybe hardwood, rather than plastic. Plastic is fine for a few years after installation but then gets stained and warps and there's little you can do about it
