Garage Roof

Hi,

I am wondering how much it would roughly cost to replace my garage roof, flat roof felt.

See photo......its a prefabricated build, corrugated iron roof (suspect asbestos) roughly 20-25 year old.

The problem I have is leaks in the garage mainly across the middle joint seam, which can be repaired but during the months Oct - March the whole roof builds up droplets of water which means the garage is very damp in these months.
