Garage Vs Body shop

Can’t see attachments but surely the body shop is the obvious choice. Would you go to a body shop or a garage if you needed a service and a new set of brakes?

Here are the photos of the car.

Body shop or maybe a small dent repair place.
You may be lucky and that panel might bolt off?

What car is it?

Nasty little crease that, new outer wing but it's a bolt on.
A bodyshop will do a first class job of that one.....if you pay cash it will be miles cheaper than an insurance claim, if that's an issue for you.

Thanks! That’s very helpful! I don’t want to go through the insurance.

Some bodyshops are insurance work only - thankfully I have a shop that does both for me and I saved a bomb paying cash but do check first!
Looking at the top pic the wing does seem to be in close contact with the door, hence my replacement comment.
John :)

Same car, my daughter paid £320 with an original wing.
Trouble was that they did a better job than the factory and painted the inside as well.
Note that all non visible parts on that car (and many modern cars) are not painted, just primed.
Open the bonnet and then open your mouth, stay still for a few seconds, then say..."F£CK ME!"
