Hi All,

First time post here.

I've recently taken on a new job where I'll be working from home.

With the recent news that we're expecting our second child I'm being evicted to the garden.

At this stage I only have very rough ideas of what I'm likely to do but my plan is to lay a concrete slab with three courses brickwork with timber frame and flat roof.

Externally I'll be looking for a standard UPVC window & door.

Internally the design will be relatively basic as I really only need space to set up & desk (we currently have a timber framed shed with mains power running to it so installing a new supply isn't going to be an issue).

Dimensions will be under 15m2 under 2.5m height to avoid planning issues.

As a very rough idea what would you suggest I am looking material cost wise (labour isn't going to be a problem as between myself and family we have all the necessary people/trades).

TIA

Luke
