Garden room cold roof ventilation

Hi all,

I've had a garden room built and I'm currently insulating it with PIR. The roof is pitched and I'm going to insulate and line it so it is vaulted on the inside. The roof has been finished with OSB, vapour control barrier and composite tiles. It's really well done and completely watertight. The problem I have now is that I have realised it's a cold roof set up which needs soffit and ridge ventilation. I can sort the soffit vents no problem but I really don't that to have to disturb the ridge at all to install any ridge vents as it is watertight. It's a hip roof so there aren't any gable ends to put vents it. I'm really paranoid about mould and rot in the cavity if any moisture gets trapped in there. I'm planning on sealing the void from the room as well as I can. Are the soffit vents enough for ventilation or does it definitely need high level ridge vents too? Are there any other options? I've thought about running a HVAC pipe into the void and using an extractor maybe?

Any suggestions?

I think if there is ventilation you shouldn't be ok. All the air inside will get replaced. I think?
