Garden room subfloor - water damaged plywood

Last summer I started work on a garden room self build. I got as far as constructing the suspended timber floor, fitting insulation between the floor joists, and installing an 18mm plywood subfloor. The plan was to construct the actual building last year, but life got in the way and the weather turned crap! I therefore put the remainder of the build on gold and covered everything with a heavy duty tarpaulin. I’m hoping to resume building Easter time (or whenever we have a decent spell of dry weather).

I’ve tried to do this in a way that the timbers can breath, but unfortunately it seems some of the standing water on the tarp has leaked through onto the plywood and damaged it in places (see photo). I have modified the tarpaulin so that hopefully any future rain will run off and standing water should be minimal. Whenever we have a sunny day (few and far between at the moment!) I also try to uncover everything to try and encourage any existing dampness to dry out.

My question is - is this plywood subfloor still going to be okay. It still feels structurally sound and doesn’t appear swollen in any way. Or will it be a ticking time bomb that will cause me a big headache further down the line?! I’m not against replacing some sheets with fresh plywood. Only issue is I stupidly decided to glue as well as nail the existing plywood down!

Any advice much appreciated!

As long as ithe laminations have not started to separate I would think it will be ok, particularly given that it is screwed down
