Garden shed roof

Hi Can anyone help please. I have a 5yr old brick built shed with a fibre glass corrugated roof. This winter with the worst winter for 6 years the inside of the roof froze and when it thawed my belongings got soaked
How can I over come this problem?
Is insulation the answer, if so how can I do this without causing condensation. If a new roof is the answer what type should I use.

new trusses and a slate roof?

better ventilation..

shouldn't freeze inside unless there's condensation in there, more vents would help..

tubular heaters and frost stats fitted?
