I replaced the felt on the shed roof as it had torn during winter and was damaged. The roof panels had also bowed a bit I guess just due to lack of support in the shed. I had the overlap in the middle and used the recommended nails to tack it all down, but the peak is terrible as the roof bows a little, the felt is not tight, I imagine during a strong breeze it will retest .
Can I cut a strip and use adhesive on the middle ? Will the felt middle piece glue to the felt on the roof? Will this be enough to protect from wind getting into the creases and ripping it?
