Garden wall piers question (Ed.)

Further to my question about my 2m high garden wall the other day - a couple more about the size of pillars

We have the footings in for a 2m high section of wall, 5m long. At a future date it will be continued in one direction with a connected stone wall

It's going to be one brick thick (actually a reclaimed brick skin on the good side, and a block skin on the back side)

Question one: do my pillars need to be two bricks deep or can I get away with a brick and a half, which would leave the fair side of the wall flush ?

Question two: Four pillars or three?

Current plan is four two brick deep pillars, but I'm wondering if this is overkill. Wall is in a sheltered position

If anyone is up and able to answer this, would really appreciate it as we're on with it today. Thanks

Yes I know about those things, thanks. To answer my own question, with a 450 pier at each end, entirely at the back of the wall, it looked so substantial that we contented ourselves with one additional pier at the midway point
