Garden Wall

Hi

I have a 4 foot wall between my property and my neighbours, the ground level on the neighbours side is about 2 feet higher than on my side, so when there has been rain, the wall (made of concrete block) looks quite a mess.

I would like to tidy my side of the wall and was wondering if there is any waterprofing that I can apply to my side in perhaps a render.

The wall cap over hangs the wall by about 18mm so I dont want to go any thicker than this or build a brick "cladding" nor do I want to replace the cap as the wall belongs to my neighbour

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Do you have any permission from the neighbour to touch it?

I have mentioned that I want to do something with it, so I dont think it will be a problem. But I will discuss with them when I know what I want to do
