wondering whether someone can help..
weve decided to use our house alarm but we are unable to remember the code and even spoke to next door and got the code they had as key holder...
ive got all the manuals and know the master code etc but they dont seem to do anything...
only the power and day leds are lit but the keying the keypad doesnt seem to do anything..
it does beep when the keys are pressed so i know that works.
also if i open the panel and pull the back up battery the bell box sounds...

it just doesnt seem to want to set..

you dont have the code or the master code. you can reset the code as long as its not eng locked. PM. me for details.

Although incorrect giving out defaulting it is at least being done in private.
As no one knows the exact situation.

totally understand why..
however i have documentation at home as proof of ownership of the alarm etc that i could email and that was pointed out bhefore any info sent...

thanks for the info...
all is now working if it did take a few attempts!
for some reason the tamper wires were reversed aswell which was causing it not to work!
but now i have a fully functional alarm...which pleases the other half!
